I'm sitting here shaking my head thinking what do I write? Well, I thought this time would be a little different, I thought I could at least get through my first day of the challenge to myself without screwing things up but it happened.
Anyways, I'm not going to let this defeat me, I'm just going to continue to concentrate and do my best. I have to start eliminating some of those things in my home that are triggers, they only stand in the way of my progress.
