How many people really do feel this way?

The quote just below the title on the photo to your left, "If it takes dying to get there, so be it", I believe is what a lot of people feel.

I'm reminded of the quote, "money doesn't make people happy", my thought though is, it may not, but it does make life a little easier.

Many people say, you always want to be thinner even when you lose the weight and that it's never enough, but it's still better than being fat.
